“I have finally completed section 5 of the distance learning pack and just wanted you to know how much I enjoyed the course. I will certainly recommend it to other BUPA Activity Co-ordinators when we next have our meeting. I found the course to be very stimulating and interesting and quite thought provoking at times. I also found that it corresponded with most of what I have been doing for the past few years, which means that I must have been doing it right after all!! I really wish that all A/C's had to have some sort of qualification such as this before they are let loose on the residents. All too often someone is appointed that is clearly incapable of doing the job but there is 'a job to be filled' and the only people who miss out are the residents!”
