Postponement:
If you wish to postpone your workshop you must call the office not less than
72 hours from the start of your event. PLEASE NOTE that any event postponed
with less than 72 hours notice is not liable for rescheduling or refund. To
reschedule or cancel an event outside of the 72 hour notice period, there is
an administration charge of £15 - please try to avoid re scheduling your event
where possible.
Force Majeure:
In the unlikely event that your tutor is more than 30 minutes late or fails
to arrive please notify Incare Services IMMEDIATELY so that we may take the
appropriate action. You should call the office even outside office hours as
alternative numbers will be given in order for you to contact a member of staff.
Should there be compensation due, we pay £75 within 14 days where it is proved
the event has not taken place due to trainers negligence or Force majeure. In
some instances the Trainer may not be the person listed in the program. INCARE
SERVICES reserves the right to replace a trainer of equal ability where a situation
of Force Majeure occurs which may have resulted in postponement or cancellation
without the direct action of a replacement trainer.
Payment:
Rolling training programmes can be paid by standing order mandate either at
a central single account of by each individual scheme. There are no interest
charges.
Evaluation:
Note that each session should have an appointed assessor for evaluation. This
is designed to take very little of your time, yet provide us with Audit tools
regarding your session. Please follow the instructions detailed on your attendance
forms regarding this procedure.
Certificates:
Please notify us within 7 days of your request for certificates using your completed
attendance sheet. The list of names must be clearly read. The completed certificates
will be dispatched to you within 14 days of receipt. This does not apply to
some Fire and Safety courses. Tutors from these courses will supply their own
certificates direct to you. Please note it is very important in the instance
of Food handling Courses that you advise us of your option regarding the issuing
of certificates. This is detailed on your registration documents. N.B Duplicate
certificates are charged at £1 each except where issued incorrectly.
