INCARE Services is one of the longest established training providers today. Created in 1991 by two Registered Nurses with many years experience in both the NHS and private care sector, the company blossomed despite competition from huge players such as local NHS trusts. What made it work was the real empathy the managers had to the care environment.

By 1998 the company had grown considerably and won the prestigious Blueprint Business Award for service quality and contribution to the community! In 1999 the company was offered a distance learning course contract with what was then known as Winslow Press, now known as Speechmark publishing.
With the arrival of the care standards act in 2000 and subsequent TOPSS induction / foundation frameworks in 2002 (now Skills for Care), INCARE Services was one of the earliest providers to map into these qualifications all of its course outlines and to offer free and impartial advice and help during the frameworks’ early stages.
In July 2006 after comprehensive auditing procedures, INCARE Services was awarded accreditation status with the ODLQC which it holds today. In addition, the company offers ASET, EDI and CIEH accredited courses also.
Currently the company provides over 110 ‘off the shelf’ courses and unlimited prescription topics to choose from ranging from 1hr to 30hrs and has incorporated e-learning and distance learning to its range of on site and public training courses. Incredibly, INCARE Services is currently responsible for training over 10,000 care staff p.a.!
